Document Manager allows to manage documents. It delivers many usefull functionalities.
Document is defined as container for attachments.
Configura document with its name, creation date, barcode and other. Every document can include attachments.
Document Manager works with .docx, .doc, .html, .htm, .txt, .xaml, .rtf, .xlsx, .xls files sharing internal editors for user. you don't have to get office software to open .docx file. You use internal editor for working with this files.
If you want to categorize your documents, you use Category Tree. This allows you to create tags tree, eg. location, type of document, destination, etc. When you add new document you assign category to it. You can use advanced filtering to find it later.
All your files are stored locally on user machine in current user folder. It means, that you don't publish your files on Internet.
Task Manager allows you to keep on date with your tasks.
You can check status of your tasks, start and stop them, search and change status.
