Unlike other dinosaurs screen savers this one is not just a show of dinosaur pictures. Age of Dinosaurs 3D does indeed have 3D environments, complete with objects and dinosaurs. All the objects, including the dinosaurs themselves are fully rendered and textured 3 dimensional models. The camera pans and tilts around a near-realistic 3D world (complete with fog and rippling water), where you observe several of the most famous dinosaurs including the Tyrannosaurus Rex, the Stegosaurus, the Brachiosaurus, and the Pteranodon. You can select a particular time of the day for this jurassic world or leave it on the auto setting and then the screen saver runs on the screen, you will see day eventually turn into night.
