ASN AD Inactive Users Tracker 2.2.0.0
SN AD Inactive Users Tracker is a simple tool to track the inactive and inaccessible AD users and computers across multiple domains in the network.
It is the important job for the Active Directory Administrators to find and clean the accounts that are not logged on over a particular duration. When an employee leave from an organization, the employee's account must be cleaned (delete or disable) to improve the organization security. Inactive accounts may lead in to a security issue in the Active Directory setup. The inactive users and computers are identified by their lastlogon attribute value. Since the lastlogon attribute is not replicated between the domain controllers, Administrators need to find the inactive users in all the domain controllers. ASN AD Inactive Users Tracker generates the inactive users report by querying all the domain controllers (there is an option to skip particular domain controllers) and the last logon value in all the domain controllers is shown in the report table and also the calculated lastlogon is shown. Administrators can perform the related actions such as disable, delete, set account expiry date, set a new password on the inactive accounts.
Inaccessible users such as password expired, account expired, locked and disabled users can be tracked and refreshed. Administrators can make a decision on the inaccessible users whether to refresh them by setting a new password, extend the account expiry date, unlock the locked users, enable the disabled users.
Administrators can configure a schedule to notify the users whose password/account is going to expire in next few days through e-mail and the summary of the notification reports can be sent to the given Admin e-mail addresses.
Also, there is an option to configure a schedule to cleanup (disable, delete, expire password) the inactive users on a timely basis.
Also the reports can be scheduled as pdf, excel, html, csv files on a timely basis to Admin e-mail addresses.
