Moreover user can create multiple recipient groups. Every recipient group will contain multiple recipient email id’s. This software allows the user to import the recipient list from Excel file(.xls) and Text file (.csv). User can send bulk emails to multiple recipients at a time by selecting recipient group.
This software has attractive design and user friendly interface. It provides inbuilt email templates. User can use these templates for sending the emails. It also provides the option for formatting the message in HTML and Text version. User can format the message in HTML easily. Using this user can attach external files for sending the emails.
This software provides the backup and restores facility. User can create the backup for sent emails. Moreover user can restore it from stored location. It also provides the log information of failed process.
This software for email can monitor the recipient list very well. For sending the email user have to maintain list of email IDs of all recipients of a group in a excel file or in text file from which IDs can be readily imported for bulk email sending.
