Relying on memory to clean-up AD is not enough; let Cayo Policy Manager do it for you automatically. Policy Manager provides easy to configure business rules that perform critical tasks that otherwise require time consuming manual effort and potentially error prone procedures. Cayo Policy Manager's continual maintenance will help keep your Active Directory running smoothly while reducing or eliminating problems that could compromise your AD. Integrated auditing, email notifications and reporting keeps your administrators, auditors or help desk personnel informed of the tasks performed and their results.
Cayo Policy Manager also has built-in rules that enforce Cayo Suspend's Object Retention Policy to efficiently complete user and group deprovioning. This is critical because users and groups objects must be retained for between 30 and 90 days from when the object is suspended so that it is available for compliance or security audits. Because it would e easy to forget, Policy Manager will scan Active Directory and identify the users and groups that are scheduled for permanently deletion. When a user or group passes the assigned retention period Policy Manager deletes the object and then audits the date and time the permanent deletion occurred.
