leanMyPC is a new cleaning and maintenance utility for Windows from MacPaw Inc., the company that has already made a strike with its similar product CleanMyMac. CleanMyPC includes a suite of cleaning tools for Windows computers. The main component finds and cleans next types of data:
Caches and Logs (this is data that was generated by applications but became useless, outdated or just purposed for developers or system administrators, but not common users), Help Files (these are the files that can be safely removed since most of users don’t use or don’t need help files to work with applications), Extra Languages (these files allow many applications to come with inbuilt support of variety languages, which you don’t use and don’t even know in most cases, such files should be deleted in order to free space on your hard drive and speed up your PC), Hibernation File Manager (allows to disable hibernation file which takes gigabytes of disk space), Trash & Junk (include all the data generated by the apps and the system that are kept in local trash folders, outdated, corrupt or won’t be used anymore due to the new versions of software).
