Euchre Card Game 1.1
uchre is a trick taking card game similar to Hearts and Spades, but played with a partial deck. All cards lower than 9s are removed. Four players play against each other in two teams, and each player is dealt 5 cards. After the players are dealt their cards, a card is dealt face up. Each player has a chance to decide if they would like this card's suit to be the trump suit by ordering the dealer to pick it up and discard a different card.
In this game you are paired up with the monkey across from you. At the beginning of the hand, you are dealt a card that you can order the dealer to pick up. If the dealer picks that card up, it becomes the trump suit. If you happen to be the dealer, this can give you an additional trump card. If no one orders the dealer to pick up the card, the opportunity to pick trump goes around to every player. If you either pick the trump card or order the dealer to pick up the card to decide trump, you only win a single point if you win the hand. If you lose, your opponent gets 2 points. The Jack of the trump suit is the high bower card, with the Jack of the same color as the second highest trump card. All other trump cards follow regular order.
