Includes a library of commonly used foods so you don't have to add all the nutrients in each time. Just drag an item from the library to the appropriate meal in the Add Daily Record dialog. The main screen can be configured to display all nutrients and meal totals, only specified nutrients, or only the daily totals, so you can view only what's important to you.
