If this doesn't work, then you'd best speak to Apple regarding a repair centre that can remove the stuck CD/DVD disc for you. The intuitive thing about this software, is the integrated message at the end that will let you know that if your CD/DVD has still not ejected from the drive then it's probably time for you to go see an Authorised Apple Repair Centre to help you out.
