inxExplorer is a link validation tool that enables you to check and validate web sites and local HTML files to find broken links. It checks internal and optionally external links relative to the starting URL and presents the results in real-time. The results can be filtered and exported to HTML or text format. Report can be displayed in the integrated text viewer or external program associated with text or HTML files. You can open and edit multiple local HTML and text files. LinxExplorer logs and displays all protocol specific data exchanged with Web server. Program has built-in color text and image viewer. You can examine downloaded images, ASCII text and HTML files. LinxExplorer supports several Internet protocols: HTTP, HTTPS and FTP. In addition, It supports following proxies: SOCKS4, SOCKS5, HTTP and HTTP tunneling (HTTP CONNECT). Program operates under Microsoft Windows 95/98/Me/NT4.0/2000/XP/2003. Its interface is very easy to use and has multi-document style. You can create many validation and transfer tasks and easily switch between them. While program processes task, it displays checked link tree and link processing statistic. Integrated transfer manager enables to download any file from the Web. Orphan files detection is supported on checking local HTML files and folders.
