The process of contact detail uploads is based as per user commands and is only initiated when requested. This does not happen on regular intervals as this might slow down the device, hence, the photos are uploaded only when requested via the Monitoring Panel.
Phone Book Retriever is easy to install and setup. Enter a URL on the target phone and click Yes/Allow to any prompts. The software is now installed! Just walk away from the device.
