emo Recover (Mac) Media application helps to recover lost or deleted media files that include photo, video and music files, including RAW files, with no hassles. The tool has built-in algorithms that help in locating lost media files and display them in a Mac finder styled interface to the user. Data deleted from the Trash is also recovered.
The user can use Select File Type before the tool scans the system, to ease the process and to save time. The recovered data is viewed using either File Type View (based on file extension) or Data View (based on hierarchical format of files). The Find option makes it convenient for the user to search for the specific file from the recovered data. The user is allowed to sort out the recovered files based on name, file type, date and size.
The Save Recovery Session and Open Recovery Session, helps the user to save the recovery process and resume it later. So the user need not rescan or restart the entire process. The tool allows the user to save the recovered files in a compressed form when enough free space is not available. The actual file names are stored and identified even after the recovery process is complete.
The tool is compatible with all storage devices like USB flash drives, pen drives, and camcorders and iPod. It supports the recovery of files from different volumes like HFSX, FAT16 and FAT32 etc. Up to 50 media, file types are recognized and supported by Remo Recover (Mac) Media. It is Universal Binary application, which supports Intel and Power PC Mac. The app functions well in all versions on Mac including Mac OS Sierra.
The tool helps to recover media files from corrupted, formatted and inaccessible storage devices on most Mac versions. The Preview option allows the user to view the list of recovered files. The user can view the files through the Preview option after the recovery process. To save the recovered files, the user have to get the licensed version.
