ebsite and server monitoring software for reporting downtimes and server failures. It's easy to monitor websites, web-based apps, web-driven databases, mail accounts, SSH accounts, FTP accounts, servers and other network equipment.

Various protocols like HTTP(S), POP3(S), SMTP(S) and TCP connections (on any port number) as well as pings are supported.

In case of a detected malfunction or downtime, the administrator will get notified by e-mail or messenger (SMS). External scripts can be triggered as well.

STAR Device Monitor runs on any PC, Mac or a server based upon Windows or OS X (virtual machine are also supported for 24/7 monitoring).
