Tax Invoice Template for Printing Shop 1.10
lthough this tax invoice template is named Tax Invoice for Printing Shop, it could actually be used by many business types. The tax invoice format has an "Invoice To" section below the "Your Pint Shop Name" title, and the "Delivery To" section is placed inside the invoice body.
Compared to the default sales invoice template shipped with Uniform Invoice Software, the logo image placeholder in this tax invoice template for print shop is moved to the top center of the invoice form. The default "InvoicingTemplates" logo image is an ActiveX image control. You can use you own image. The steps are: unprotect the Invoice spreadsheet and then switch to design mode; right-click the image control and choose Properties; click the button on the Picture property and then browse to and open your own logo image.
As a tax invoice template, the invoice format includes the word "Tax Invoice" on the top of the form, and the tax name GST on the bottom of the form. You can change the tax name and rate easily by typing in what meets your requirements. The tax amount is calculated automatically using Excel formulas.
The tax invoice format contains two columns on the invoice body, Description and Amount. The amount column is manually editable, i.e. it is not calculated from something like Quantity and Unit Price, or Hours and Rate. This also makes the tax invoice template suitable for many business types.
The tax invoice template has 10 lines on the invoice body (except the "Delivery to" section), and is printable on standard A4 paper.
