UberClassifieds 1.0
berClassifieds is an easily installed browser toolbar that lets you search all your favourite online classified ads from one convenient location. Providers include backpage, ebay classifieds, kijiji, oodle, usedEverywhere, and craigslist. The toolbar is visibly placed at the top of your internet browser. Select your location and type in a search query. Search results appear in a floating window that is easy to resize and relocate on your desktop. The search results window can even be dragged and dropped onto a separate display if you are using a multi-display system. Click any of the search results and the classified ad will open in your browser's current tab. The current selection in the search results window is prominently highlighted to show which classified ad is being displayed in the browser. In addition to the ad results, the search results window displays the number of hits as well as which providers have been searched. The search results window also displays the logo for each provider beside each result to show which provider hosts that ad. Search results are as current as the provider's own site with no delay in listings or exclusions of any kind. UberClassifieds currently uses only the applicable providers from Canada and the U.S.A. so the toolbar is currently only available in these two countries. Windows, Mac, and Linux machines running Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome are supported.
