enture Manager (VM) is a joint venture accounting solution that integrates with your current accounting system. VM guides you through the monthly process of preparing cash calls, joint interest billings and revenue distributions - easily and quickly. Cash call estimates are automatically generated. Professional, comprehensive invoices, statements and supporting detail are automatically prepared for your venture partners in their base currency, based on their working interest in the venture. For international ventures, exchange rates are automatically updated.
VM provides complete venture accounting including cutbacks to record your net share of venture revenue and expense as well as cash call payments. VM automatically reconciles joint venture billings and revenue distributions to input transactions from your accounting system.
VM focuses management attention on key measures and performance indicators by means of an embedded graphical dashboard. In addition, VM features an electronic data room to centrally store all venture documentation with comprehensive access security.
